FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is EAIS a prompt engineering company?

No. Prompt engineering is one part of what we do. EAIS designs full AI systems: prompts, agents, workflows, integrations, deployment, monitoring and human control.

Do you build chatbots?

Yes, but only when a chatbot is the right interface. Many AI systems are not chatbots. They can be document processors, internal tools, agents, automation workers or decision-support systems.

Can you work with existing tools?

Yes. EAIS can connect AI with existing tools through APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, CRMs, e-commerce systems, document folders and automation platforms.

Do you use open-source models?

Where appropriate. We can evaluate open-source AI tools and models, including Hugging Face ecosystem components.

Do you deploy systems?

Yes. EAIS can prepare Docker-based deployment, server architecture, backup, rollback, logging and monitoring.

Is AI safe for sensitive business processes?

Only with proper design. EAIS uses approval gates, scoped permissions, logging, validation and human review for sensitive actions.

What is the first step?

Start with an AI Systems Audit.
