Trust record / working draft

Terms should set boundaries, not hide uncertainty.

This route is a structured drafting surface. It is not approved legal advice and remains blocked by entity and legal-review data.

Release gate / legal review required

The registered firm, address, sole-proprietor form, owner identity, NIP and REGON are verified. This working draft stays noindex until the contracting role and remaining legal terms are reviewed.

  2. 02

    Website purpose

The corporate site explains an AI systems engineering method, illustrative system traces and possible engagement scope. It is not an autonomous professional opinion, guarantee, certification or promise of a specific result.

  3. 03

    Audit Console

The console creates a preliminary map from user-supplied fields. It does not itself perform a complete audit. In the local-safe configuration delivery is disabled and no success is shown. Commercial engagement begins only through separately agreed scope and terms.

  4. 04

    User responsibilities

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment data, sensitive records, unlawful content or third-party confidential information through the preliminary brief.

  5. 05

    AI and human decisions

Illustrative AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Consequential actions require defined human responsibility, validation and an approval or escalation path.

  6. 06

    Intellectual property

EAIS branding, original site copy, code and visual assets remain subject to their applicable ownership and license records. Public access does not grant a right to copy, resell or misrepresent materials.

  7. 07

    External services

Links or named technologies do not imply partnership or endorsement. External providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

  8. 08

    Availability and liability

PENDING LEGAL REVIEW: availability, maintenance, exclusions and lawful liability limits must match the verified entity, service model and governing law. No blanket exclusion is invented here.

  9. 09

    Governing law and disputes

PENDING LEGAL REVIEW: applicable law, consumer/business distinction, venue and complaint process.

  10. 10

    Course products

Course checkout, access and digital-content terms are a separate product contract. This corporate working draft does not replace or silently amend the current course regulations.
